The Pritchard Group plc has been actively involved in property investment and development in Staffordshire and the West Midlands for over 35 years. Most of the Group’s sites are located in the South Staffordshire towns of Cannock, Hednesford, Rugeley and Stafford. All of the Group’s property is close to the M6, M6 Toll and M54 Motorways, north of Birmingham and the West Midlands conurbation.

David Crawshaw, Robert Croxen and Richard Philpott were appointed Joint Administrators of Pritchard Group Plc, Pritchard & Associates Limited, Pritchard Construction Limited, Pritchard Management Limited, Pritchard Estates (Cannock) Limited and Pritchard Hotels Limited on 24 April 2012.
The affairs, business and property of the Companies are being managed by the Joint Administrators.
The Joint Administrators act strictly as agents of the Companies and contract without personal liability.
David Crawshaw and Robert Croxen are authorised to act as insolvency practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
Richard Philpott is authorised to act as an insolvency practitioner by the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
